automated systems that enable you to manage your account and
conduct a variety of transactions 24 hours a day: EFS Online
and our Voice Response Unit (VRU).
EFS Online
You need to understand how truck stops price, how to create a fuel
network, and how to manage this information on an ongoing basis.
EFS has developed an Internet-based application - EFS Online - to
help you manage, analyze and control all aspects of your current
fuel purchase program.
Voice Response
Unit
The VRU system is designed to offer faster transaction processing
during periods of peak activity in our Authorizations Center and
give you another alternative for managing your EFS account or truck
stop. Simply call 800-238-4022 and follow the prompts.
