Rack Pricing Information
EFS Transportation Services uses Oil Pricing Information Service (OPIS) for obtaining Contract Average pricing for diesel racks nationwide. OPIS Contract Average is our benchmark and is updated each Friday and locked in from Monday 12:01 a.m. through Sunday at midnight for weekly re-pricing. Daily re-pricing is set at 12:01 a.m. for the following day. OPIS charges $.002 per gallon on all gallons re-priced with a $200.00 per month maximum. Pricing information (including taxes) is set at EFS for each truck stop or chain based on information provided by the individual stop or chain. Truck stops must notify EFS in writing of price component changes.
EFS will assume that fuel is low sulfer diesel # 2 unless otherwise specified.
